      Good place for a college STUDENT to work.

      Pros

      You have a consistent schedule with the ability to change days you work. You have many different schedules to choose from. Always the ability to come in and gain more hours, but also the ability to change days you want to work. As long as you make up your hours you can do that. If you have a good attitude and work ethic, this is a decent place to work.

      Cons

      There is NEVER the opportunity to advance, even if it is hinted by a supervisor that this may be possible. The atmosphere is sometimes unstable. The company brings clients in and out and you will have to learn many new programs. Which is sometimes good, because it's never boring.

      Pros

      If you are good in sales the will give praise. Willing to work with you if you have a family emergency, or something comes up. As long as your a good employee and do what your suppose to do it's a good job to have if you're a student or working mother.

      Cons

      Telemarketing is a hard job to do period, and sometimes it can really get to you, and you can start to feel really negative.

      Pros

      A pro is the people that I worked with. I enjoyed my job and I cared about everyone that I worked with

      Cons

      I was getting paid less than I was receiving at the job that I was at prior to that and they were always wanting us to work different hours and they don't at least say thank you for coming in and getting staying late when they needed last minute.
