Pros

You are able to come in and make up your hours and the pay is okay.

Cons

I think working at RDI is a downside period. The supervisors are rude. There is a favoritism factor being played. The supervisors pay way to much attention to the phone reps and get involved into drama that runs through out one whole call center. There is no professionalism. Coming in and finding a place to sit can take forever, and your clock in is based on the time you log into your computer, so its always a hassle to ask someone to change your time for you. The company is unorganized, people call complaining all day, that is not how a company should be.

Pros

The vending machines have relatively cheap sodas, I guess...

Cons

They hire ANYONE, and promise much, but fail, repeatedly, to deliver. You are given the impression that hard work will be rewarded, and that education matters, and so on. None of this is remotely the case, and it is essentially nothing but auto-dialed telemarketing for slightly higher than minimum wage.
