      Pros

      Room for Growth, Plenty of Hours, Code of Ethics, Remote work, Awesome Infinity Groups just to name a few. I have never worked for a company that genuinely cared about you personally and your success.

      If you don't like change may be a problem. They are evolving with the times

      Pros

      You will be respected here, As a student with quite a strict education schedule I was met with patience and flexibility regarding my work schedule. I like working here because I feel comfortable, My suggestions or needs are heard and met. RDI also has lots of activities each month which help keep us involved with each other.

      Cons

      As any workplace you will experience stress, Sometimes your schedule will end late or start very early depending on the shifts you choose and what you agree with. Some campaigns will be stricter than others which means that if your campaign closes there might not be the same flexibility you had on the previous one.
