      Pros

      Family work environment, company respects that you too have a life outside of work. We are able to keep it friendly and laugh a lot.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher but it works. Great place to work while on disability.

      Pros

      Family environment with down to earth management, ellwell dress up days was fun

      Cons

      Customers calling in and yelling at you for something that you can't help even if you wanted to. Really wasn't worth the money to be degraded by customers. Also not being able to offer management until the customer requests one can be challenging.

      Pros

      Fun monthly activities with ELL Well and weekly coaching that was actually valuable. Their attendance policy is very lenient and the bonus opportunity are nice if you are with a program that offers them. Training was helpful.

      Cons

      It's a call center with your usual angry customer. Second program had a huge class and not everyone was able to get one on one training.
