Pros
You can work remotely and they help if you have family related issue, health concerns going on, need to miss a lot of days, ect. If you communicate with them then they will work with you.
Cons
The pay is extremely low, and the work they make you do is extremely high, not matching with how much you are being paid. Every little thing is graded, down to if you were not emphatic enough, even though you were showing empathy to a customer if they disclosed tough times they were going through. Always switching you on different campaigns, at first asking if you could, and you say yes because you want to be a team player, but then having you do two campaigns at the same time and running you down to the ground until you are ready to quit.
