RDI is one of the best places I have ever worked. The pay is very competitive, they are super welcoming and supportive of different cultures and identities. They have affinity groups for everyone and really fun events, drawings and giveaways. They do one of the highest 401k matches of any job I have ever had. I love it here!

Cons

Health Benefits are not great, and expensive.
