      Pros

      The pay we got for years was great..

      Cons

      We were laid off after 10-14 years and now they're hiring people for almost half what we made per hour. You don't want to work here. They do not care about the people.

      Pros

      RDI has been a great place for me to work, if you do well you will move up quickly and all of upper management shows appreciation for what you do. They are also fairly flexible with scheduling within reason as well as accommodating personal needs. The atmosphere is very lively and they let you participate in fun activities to make the work place an enjoyable place to be.

      Cons

      One thing i do recommend when coming into work is to get here as early as possible if working day shift as parking can be an issue. There seems to be more people employed then there are parking spaces, however there is an overflow parking lot next door but you will have to walk a bit to get here.

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company unless you are willing to be abused and not say anything about it.

      Cons

      Management are vindictive. They only promote within their clique. They abuse people emotionally and laugh about it to each other. If you report it you get fired. The CEO is just as bad as the management team and promotes their behavior.
