Pros

The employee group is very talented and fun. The benefits are good.

Cons

When the economy slowed it was all hands off deck. The company went into survival mode and got rid of everyone. Some departments were reduced 80%. The corporate culture was destroyed and many good people with 10+ years of loyal service were shown the door with six weeks severance pay. Pay is below industry standard.

It seems that GM is not in touch with employees and there is not much respect for the GM from the employees!
