Pretty flexible with hours, There is still a deadline though. I feel the job is fairly decent for the pay. I enjoy the hours and work. Work itself is pretty independent.

Cons

Not communicative within the team. You don't always know who the other team members are. It's different from other jobs because of that. You're assigned work and that's your goal.
