Able to get as much work as you want if willing to travel. Love the flexibility versus punching a time card.

Cons

There are way too many job vacancies creating urgency to work 7 days a week until exhaustion. If you push back you will be cut to one or two days a week. One extreme to the other.

Very flexible hours and paid mileage

Cons

I didn't like that I keep getting work taken away from me merely because I live further away and they don't want to pay people to drive, if they don't have to do they keep offering MY jobs as an open position and when they find someone that lives in the city, they hire them and I lose those jobs so it's not even worth working for this company anymore because there isn't enough work in my immediate area to make it worth keeping this as even a part time job. Very disappointing that the company doesn't appreciate me enough to let me keep the mere 3 jobs that I have just so they can save a buck.
