I struggle to know how much data to collect and how long to stay in a store. Also, I'm not fast, and the emphasis on speed can be stressful.

Flexible schedule within a collection window.

Cons

Flexible schedule- however last minute requests, working holidays. Lack of response from management and scheduling regarding loss of work. Losing hours and being knocked to part-time. Constant shuffling of management personnel and duties creating chaos.
