Pros

If you don't mind being in a 'store', have any idea of how product placement works, can make sense of UPC numbers with attention to detail - this is pretty easy work.

Cons

The decrease in pay after training will be a shock if you are not excelling in this position.

Pros

Management is some of the kindest and most flexible and understanding people. They really want to help and work around your schedule and what you can do. You get to work on your own and really make your own hours. You can choose when you go to your assigned stores, as long as the store is open and it's in your window period. You can adjust your schedule and hours whenever you'd like.

Cons

They need a lot of coverage and are short-staffed. Training can be overwhelming as well and can be very strenuous and long. I found myself in stores for 8+ hours when I was told it would take 4. Once you get the job down it's a lot better.
