It's flexible, Depending on the job you can have up to a couple days to complete them. Productivity is tracked so no real slacking.

Cons

Big stores like Walmart, or Target have sections that make it extremely hard to find what you're looking for especially with stuff that can be in multiple aisles and isn't stocked in the right place.
