      The Research Associate role has 2 distinct benefits -- the incredible flexibility to the work schedule and the productivity based pay program provides unlimited upside for the associate to grow/increase their hourly pay rate. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive.

      Pros

      As a recent new employee (Jan '22), and at a new stage of life where a full time job is not necessary to meet my financial day-to-day and long-term obligations, this RA position fit very perfectly for me.

      Cons

      At times, the work load can be low - which is a con if you are looking for a lot of work. But, on weeks when you aren't in the mood to do a lot of work, the work load can be low :)
