Pros

Flexible work schedule. Good training. Efficient lead retail associate and district manager at my location. Well Experienced company that have the required tools to perform job functions.

Cons

Fixed windows of jobs can restrict the flexibility in schedule for some. Recent changes require data collectors to use company App installed on one's own Apple or Android devices to perform the job.

Pros

Flexible schedule that allows you to set your own hours. Helpful management and leads that are quick to answer questions. Pay is based on how fast you work so you are incentivized to get faster and better.

Cons

Very little training so you have to learn as you go. Some jobs are very picky and you are sent back, which, if you have kids or a tight schedule, can be an issue. You are working in stores collecting prices and mostly never have issues but there is always a chance you can get kicked out, this can be an issue for some and you have to be on guard with an answer for what you are doing.

Great work/life balance. You can complete your assignments whenever they fit into your schedule during store hours as long as you can complete them by the set deadlines. Great work option for parents of young kids in school, students or anyone who needs a flexible schedule and some extra income.

Cons

Not for anyone looking for full time work or hours.
