Pros
You can set you own schedule. Great if you are looking for a little extra money.
Cons
They change job that have been schedule for month for no apparent reason and don't even give you a heads up. If you are looking for answers when it comes to scheduling good luck, don't even try asking the Scheduling person just go right to HR and even they get a lie about the why it happens. They only pay you $1.06 a week to use your own phone...getting the company to issue you a company phone can take months. Don't expect to make living wages because they change your job schedule at a drop of the hat.
