Pros

Training was well executed and made easy to understand the process. It did leave me with some questions however the quality team was quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Cons

I learn easiest by hands on and doing the process. I realized when I got to my first facility I had a couple of issues to get through. My actual DM has been out since I started so some confusion on who to contact and when was a challenge. I appreciate all the help from the two supporting DM’s.
