Pros

Love the flexibility with time to get jobs completed, not being in same location everyday. Weekly pay is also nice Informative training and help whenever needed. Having a list that has everything listed in the right category list

Cons

Not enough hrs for pt per week and not a strong consistency of some jobs, can be cut and change your schedule and change your pay. Would love a ft opportunity Some of the list aren't correct they have you walking all over the store by being mislabeled

Ability to complete tasks as they fit into your personal schedule within the collection deadline is very useful.

Cons

Overall compensation structure for piece work is poor and doesn’t reflect any benefit for completing work quickly and accurately. Compensation seems to decrease over time for the same work done. No real incentive or reward for work done well each week.
