      The Research Associate role has 2 distinct benefits -- the incredible flexibility to the work schedule and the productivity based pay program provides unlimited upside for the associate to grow/increase their hourly pay rate. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive.
