      Great Place to convert extra time into extra cash

      Pros

      Flexibility to complete work as needed. Hands off approach from management. If you desire additional work, it is available. For those that enjoy this type of work, there is a Full-time option to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Training is essentially 100% LMS / Lackluster if you've ever worked retail. Sites assigned are at DM discretion and feedback about site value may not be considered. Work can become repetitive.

      Pros

      Flexibility, in home training, prompt response from DM when needed while on site for a task.

      Cons

      The pay was not great. It was not really worth the time travel and complete the job after I was able to do it in an efficient manner of time. Sometimes when IQ jobs were not pushed through and I was expected them to come, there was no communication from the DM to share that info despite the urgent nature for me to respond to their request of knowing which IQ jobs I could commit to completing.
