Pros

Nothing, Nothing. Did I mention, NOTHING.

Cons

First, you are put into a position where you are STEALING, yes, STEALING data from other stores. You can face trespassing charges and arrest simply for doing this job. Why? Because the store that you are going into is not the store you are working for. If you stop scanning no money, walk to another aisle no pay, have to wait 2 hours to go back into a store you don't get paid. Also, if you have a problem you I wouldn't go to hr. Hr will not help you.

Pros

Flexible schedule. If you are quick you can make a decent hourly wage, but it takes a while

Cons

The worst treatment of employees ever! This company uses people up and disposes of them like trash. The turnover is astounding. Having worked for the company for over 10 years, there has never once been an increase in bonus pay or piece rate ( they have decreased it though) . When Super Storm Sandy came though - they still expected the work to come in despite the fact that affected employees had no power, internet, or gas to be able to drive around to the stores, that were empty anyway. Nothing has changed in relation to the current pandemic. They somehow managed to deem this company as essential, which is debatable. They could easily provide their clients with website pricing in lieu of sending the staff into crowded grocery and big box stores. They are further in violation of state mandates that they provide their workers with PPE. Instead - they provide $5 and tell the staff to find it themselves (which is impossible in the hardest hit "hot spots") . No hazard pay, no hazard bonus - just good luck out there.. It is shameful how little regard they have for their employees. You can make the same money at Instacart, with the same flexibility and PPE provided.

Pros

There is no pro at all.

Cons

They only care about how much money they can make while abusing you. They pay minimum wage and put to much work for free on you.
