      Great communication but weekly ETA reporting feels unnecessary

      Pros

      Communication is top notch. I'm impressed with the level of care taken to help any time I've needed it.

      Cons

      I'm not a fan of having to report my expected ETA every week. If you give me from Sunday thru Thursday to complete my tasks and I've consistently completed them on time, assume I will continue to do so and I will notify management otherwise if there is an issue.

      Pros

      Working at RDS has been a great fit for me. The flexible schedule makes it easy to balance work with my personal life, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone is supportive, and the work environment is positive. Overall, it's a good company that works well for my needs.

      Cons

      Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because there's a lot to learn and it's hard to know what to expect at first. My territory manager position was also in transition when I began, which made things a little more challenging. Once I was assigned a territory manager, communication and support improved significantly.
