Pros
Great Support during Training and Support within the field. They give you a time frame that you can work around your schedule especially if you work another job. Travel and milage reimbursement. Ability to pick up other jobs when needed. Great communication on how to do jobs properly. And are there to help when you need.
Cons
Some jobs give a specific hourly time limit which is way under the amount of time to actually complete it. But they give options as to why it took longer but still pay you for the time you went over.
