      I mean it is a job.

      Cons

      -Pay Sucks -inflation has made it hard to actually make money after the cost of gas for the small jobs -you don't get a raise for being good at your job -no room for growth or moving up in the company -people keep quitting -it kind of is a gig job but you can't actually pick and choose what you want to do, in other words they treat you like a gig worker but you don't get the flexibility of a gig worker

      This is a piece work. Dont believe the reviews, all the positive reviews made by giving incentive to the employees.

      Flexible work hours and work your own time

      Cons

      Low rate for number of UPC data collection, will not get even the minimum wages for your work hours. The jobs assigned are not authorized to collect from the assigned store. You will be kick from the store by the Sore Managers. The company will not give any authorization letter for collection.

      Pros

      I started as a temp and later converted to full-time, working at the HQ as a pricing analyst in E-Commerce. The people I worked with were pretty nice. The Christmas party's were decent. At the time, the pay was alright for the type of work that was being done.

      Cons

      E-Commerce was segregated from the rest of the company, and it was in a desk farm open office. The workload wasn't hard but definitely monotonous, and it wasn't very fulfilling, nor did the position offer any real career progression. My shift had pretty bad hours. Eventually it was all sorts of physical problems for me between the hours and being sedentary for so long.
