Pros

Decent pay for first 3 months while you are considered hourly.

Cons

You go from making $450 to $500 a week during your 3 months entry period to changing to piece rate where you more like $150 a week if you are lucky. Most projects only pay $.01-cents per scan, some pay $.05-cents each, if you are lucky you might get a project paying $.12-scan. I've been with them about a year, and watched my projects and pay in my area dwindle down to making only about $30 a week, if I am lucky. Not really worth the gas expense of driving 20 miles one way to the retail store. They also try to assign you stores that are outside a reasonable area, for example, you get asked to work a store that is 40 miles away one way. Or suddenly there is no work at all with only a 1 day or same day notice that there is no longer work in the stores that you cover. Also, get hired for a specific store/project and when I started, get another lower paying but more detail involved project without ever being told, it just appeared on my schedule. I went for several months without any work at all. And when you have a payroll issue it's a nightmare to get fixed. I am still arguing over a pay issue from over a year ago.

Pros

Flexibility is amazing. Make your own schedule. Work your own hours. Faster you complete the job, the more you earn because you'll be offered more work. Lots of different types of work offered. Travel offered with rental car if you want one. Stays in nice hotels with reimbursement upto $35 a night for food. Mileage and travel time paid. Equipment given to you. No stress. No supervisor on you all the time. Work alone. Training for the jobs has got a lot better now.

Cons

The pay really should be higher after you hit the "piece rate" pay.

Pros

None that i can think of. You normally would say at least you get paid, but the pay isn't even worth the trouble.

Cons

Terrible pay (per piece) Management is inadequate Hope you like working on the weekends, every weekend because that is usually the start of most collections. No advancement opportunities Old outdated equipment Little to no training No raises ever. If you are looking for a pay increase you are told to do more work. No value for their employees
