      All of these 4-5 reviews mysteriously appeared in late november and nearly all at once.

      This company does not respect you as a professional, you are a number. They will exploit you until you quit.

      Pros

      I felt like my team was a family and cared about me as a person Decent pay for a first job right out of college

      Cons

      Much of middle management still thought about the industry like it was decades ago. Seems like there were a lot of things that were done just because “that’s how we’ve always done it” Surprise firings and a mass exodus of dissatisfied employees in 2019 was very demoralizing Not much opportunity for advancement Pay increases hard to come by Over reliance on temporary employees
