      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work at Retail Data is the timeframe in which you have to complete your designated tasks. There's generally enough time to complete it at your whim, should you choose. You are pretty much your own boss, and can pick up the job when you want or can.

      Cons

      Some jobs may require you to travel rather far, sometimes even into other states. This makes it difficult if you have any other obligations that requires you to remain within your own state or city.

      Sometimes meeting client needs does require travel. Continue to work with your District Manager on maintaining a workable schedule.

      We do have high expectations of the major projects we undertake and work at a fast pace. New team members get involved to contribute ideas and solutions. This affords them opportunities to shape the business and make an impact early in their tenure.
