      Your pay increases with your speed Flexible Schedule

      Cons

      They don't tell you this when you interview but you need to hide while doing your job, for the most part. Some stores that they work with allow you to be in the store doing your job, but others will follow you around and kick you out. It can be very stressful and in my opinion, not worth it in the end.

      Okay for part-time - Not a Career

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule. Pay can be decent depending on job and location.

      Cons

      Monotonous, tedious, unchallenging work. Min. wage for first 50 hours, mandatory testing time and drive time over 30 miles. No incentives or perks if part-time - no PTO, raises, bonuses. Non existent training. Management. Very high turn-over rate, majority Data Collectors (DCs) last under 6 months.
