      Not what they advertise

      I was able to work at a couple locations close to home

      Cons

      Physically demanding. Reaching, squatting and walking a lot. They advertise to pick your own hours which is a joke. You don't get your items to collect until late Wednesday afternoon and you must be done by Saturday.

We also confirm the hours of availability of candidates match the work windows. The days of the week the field research is completed are determined by our clients.

      Dear Former Employee from Springfield MO: Clearly the Research Associate role was not a good fit for you. The comp program is productivity based pay - earnings are tied to the volume of data you collect. The work can be repetitive, but the schedule is ultra flexible. For those considering applying, we do have a solid new employee training program and we supplement with retraining if we see that there are areas we can help you improve your productivity/earnings.

      Work Flexibility and Performance Pay Key Factors

      Pros

      Independent workers who have initiative can work flexible hours during the day to meet personal goals and responsibilities. Assigned jobs have start date and due date. Most stores open at 5 or 6 am and are open until 10, 11 or later. The key objective is getting work done on time. For those who have strong memorization skills based on where things are located will do well. Increasing speed and improving performance leads to an hourly wage that is above minimum wage.

      Cons

      While there is a guaranteed minimum wage, there are certain types of jobs that will produce an hourly wage below the minimum wage. The wage guarantee is weekly so some of your profitable jobs will subsidize the difficult and low paying jobs.
