Pros

Always had a due date on the same date, work anytime you feel like, so for college students

Cons

Starting pay is $15 per hour for only a month or so then it is by number of items that you scan which to me was half of $15 per hour

Thank you for your review. We do make sure that we follow all state guidelines and are in compliance with meeting minimum wage requirements for every state. Once a Data Collector moves to piece rate, they are paid based on the number of items they scan. With our graduated piece rate program, that helps the Data Collector to pick up their speed and they should be able to scan quicker within their first 60 days. We would be happy to explain this process more in detail to you if you would like to contact us at - humanresourcesadmin@retaildatallc.com.

Pros

Casual work attire Bagels on Friday is that is your thing - if not it's not much of a pro

Cons

This is one of the most mis-managed companies I have ever seen. Managers change priorities on a whim and then ask why didn't the original project didn't get completed. Many times the managers can't agree on what needs to be done which leads to further confusion and usually ends up in projects being partially completed or completed poorly. No one can decide which way the company is going which is starting to put a strain on the employees. The company has telework options - they give employees computers to take home, but then you feel like it is a problem if you want to work from home.
