Pros

Overall you work with a good set of people Relaxed atmosphere

Cons

This company had a signifact layoff in the IT department at the beginning of the 2017 year. I was a part of this change. I was given no other reason except my positon was being removed even though my supervisors friend was hired one month prior with no IT experience but was not part of the lay off.

Information Technology has completed some significant team structure and alignment changes earlier in the year to better enhance delivery capabilities, support the business growth, and drive focused business prioritization. However, this streamlining did result in the elimination of positions in some areas while significantly growing in others. This was a very difficult decision. We have great respect and appreciation for the talent and contributions of these individuals and are grateful for their contributions to Retail Data. We will support them as they continue on their career paths.

Pros

Work from home, benefits not bad for position.

Cons

Work/Life Balance Company response to any request or suggestion for improvement is: "it is what it is" Company hired more DM's in 2015 due to growth so they could reduce amount of direct reports and have slowly allowed the number of direct reports to increase to difficult to manage numbers. Pay is pretty even across country and does not adjust for cost of living locations.

Pros

Very flexible hours. Do have to work weekends, but only 4-6 hours. I usually have M, T, W off. This is great for doing personal business. You usually work by yourself. Undercover is not that stressful once you do it a few times. Great for a part time job!

Cons

You work some hours on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Jobs can change with no notice but that's the nature of the business. Training and communication could be better.
