Pros

Flexible hours - You are usually given several days to complete a task, allowing for you to choose when you want to do it. If the store is open at midnight and you want to go at midnight you can do so The pay is good (if you're good at it) once you are switched to piece rate

Cons

Limited upward mobility however, they do advertise this position as supplemental income. If you're a slow worker (on piece rate) then your hourly wage will reflect that Constantly on your feet No holidays off - you are still given a deadline (even if it lands on said holiday) and you are expected to adhere to it District Managers cover large areas - are not necessarily helpful on short notice In stores where you have to physically scan items you WILL look conspicuous. And even if you're not scanning, the workers DO notice your constant presence in their store. You can be asked to leave stores - in some circumstances, RetailData will still ask you to continue working in these stores anyways. You have to make up a "story" to tell any workers who question you. The piece rate for some of the more stressful jobs is lower than those on easier jobs.

Pros

Flexible schedule decent pay for the work completed. I make on average 14 per hr my regular job pays .14 per piece and I do about 100 items per hr so I do okay sometimes a little more. Other jobs pay 10 or 6 cents per piece but those are a lot faster I average about 300 items per hr on those so really the job does pay a decent wage per hr but if your not getting even ten hrs a week that money just isn't going to do a lot for you 😕 I am usually only working about 6 or 7 hrs at 14 not so great if I could just have 15-20 hrs a week this job would be my dream job

Cons

Not enough work to go around not sure why they hire more people
