Pros

Leaving was the only pro.

Cons

Do not fall for the sudden onslaught of good reviews in December for Retaildata. Notice they are all dated at the same time. The company obviously wrote them or encouraged others to write positively, because the prior reviews were so hideous. Go past the December reviews to see for yourself. No one who checks the real reviews on here would even consider working for them after reading the real ones. Don't fall for their games. They are a horrible company to work for with no conscience or soul. I know, I worked for them for 9 years. Getting out was the best thing that ever happened to me. GO PAST THE RECENT REVIEWS.

Pros

Well when I was hired I was unemployed so I accepted that job. The first 90 days you work with a Temp agency. They pay you $10 dollars an hour. If you want to work overtime ask your DM for extra assignments. It can be very stressful looking for some items when you are working on the droid. Read the Cons

Cons

Well after the 90 days they will pay you less than the minimum wage. They will pay you by piece rate. The piece rate is 0.015 cents. Average rate is about 600 an hour that will equal about 9 dollars an hour. But they won't tell that till its too late. When you go undercover they will pay you 0.05 piece rate. On average I collected about 100 items an hour so I am getting paid about $5.00 dollars an hour. I am earning less than the minimum wage. Its legal for them to do that.

Pros

I've been with the company for 6 months and the experience has been very rewarding. I love my District Manager and feel she sincerely cares about my success. If you do your job and make an effort, it does NOT go unnoticed. The flexible schedule is terrific for me personally. There are plenty of opportunities to get more work and training, you just have to ask! Success depends on you!

Cons

This isn't really a con, but you actually have to work and do the job you've agreed to in order to succeed and enjoy your work! Pretty simple. Hours and expectations are clearly spelled out and there's always someone to answer any questions you have. It is very helpful if you are a self-starter, disciplined and self-sufficient. That doesn't mean you're 'alone', but that's just what it takes in order to succeed at a job where you do not have a boss standing over you. That is reality. Not being micro-managed is a PLUS.
