      Pros

      There is lots of flexibility in the scheduling. Having traveled for RDS for the last 4 years. I've got to see many places I may have never visited. They have been very flexible with scheduling. The offer quarterly incentives for good work. The expectation is straight forward and made clear upon hiring.

      Cons

      If you are relying on this to live it can be a struggle. If you do not have regular consistent work in your area. traveling will help but it gets old being on the road all the time. It would be nice to have a full time positions. Some jobs are time consuming. The piece rate could be better.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 2-1/2 years. I love the flexible schedule. The work is challenging but rewarding. There are clear expectations. They offer a 401K plan and quarterly bonuses. Our DM keeps us motivated and informed about company changes.

      You need to be flexible.

      Pros

      Some pros would be making my own schedule, working alone(I prefer that), the bonus's are nice, you can potentially travel for this job.

      Cons

      Every time I do a job, there are a lot of people that think I work for whatever store I am at and ask me questions and that gets annoying. People see the scanner and think "oh you must work here".
