      Great people, Fast paced, Challenging

      IT management. It seems like the leader of the management team just doesn't know what the company or people need. Top Down approach that doesn't make people feel valued. Many developers leaving. Work load always increasing. On- Call

      Pros

      Set your own hours, opportunities to travel outside of your local area, simply work (nothing too physical nor challenging), fun independent work.

      Cons

      Deadlines deadlines deadlines, training *was* limited (during my time), pay is based on accuracy and time efficiency, never knew when you'd get pulled in to complete another job. Did I mention deadlines?

      Pros

      I had wonderful bosses (aka district managers), and had a lot of freedom in setting my own schedule (within a date range).

      Cons

      You are paid $10/hour while learning, then go to a "piece rate." You can look up your metrics online. Even when my piece rate got above 95%, my effective pay was still less than $10/hour. "Undirected" lists are insanely boring. "Directed" lists were more like a scavenger hunt, so not bad, but really had to slow down sometimes so as to remain incognito on some jobs.
