      Good people, bad management, broken systems

      Pros

      Lot's to fix, and it's hard to get fired for actually being bad at your job. Most people who did get fired got fired for random other reasons. (Late to meetings, came in late, ect)

      None. I can't think of one pro working for this company! The pay is horrible! No benefits for PT employees. Bonus, that's a joke!

      Cons

      PT work requires lot of work for minimum wage! Huge turn over! If you expect to earn a good wage, it won't happen at this company!

      Pros

      RetailData is a great beginning opportunity for someone wanting to take their life into their own hands; 90% full freedom to build your own schedule, with the exception being that you must work on the first day of each job and complete it before the deadline. Quarterly bonuses help with income, if you can meet the criteria. Very easy job to work on the side of your primary career

      Cons

      Not so great pay, but if you're willing to take on a good amount of work then you can have great potential to earn. Not much room for growth: I mention it's a good STARTING point, because the company rarely promotes people and never raises their pay. Quarterly bonus criteria is exceptionally difficult if there's not enough work in the area. Odd deals with businesses, will likely get you kicked out of a few.
