Flexible but Inefficient

Pros

You are assigned jobs a week or more in advance and have a window of 2-3 days to do the jobs, and you can do them whenever you want as long as the store you're working in is open, so there is a lot of scheduling flexibility. You are pretty much left alone to do your thing once you are trained. If you are really good at it you can make pretty good money. There are opportunities for paid travel if you want them.

Cons

Their systems are very inefficient. There's a lot they could do that would vastly improve the speed and ease with which the job is done. Everybody makes the same money, but some people have better equipment than others. Many of the jobs are done "undercover" and you can be asked to leave a store which could be embarrassing. I don't see a new employee making more than the minimum base salary for a long time, it takes a while to get good at it. It is very very very tedious.

Pros

Work whenever you want to, independent work, no manager watching your back, easy to con the prices.

Cons

Exhausting work, horrible pay, mediocre training, doesnt seem to be a way up the ladder, no coworkers to help you during projects. All they want from you is for you to be a robot with a scanner.

Pros

Flexible schedule, work when you want for however long you want (as long as jobs are submitted on time)

Cons

-Amount of work inconsistent. One week you could be slammed with 25hours, the next 10hours. -Have to be incredibly efficient with time to make decent money. Skip lunch and minimal breaks -Only paid to drive when over 30miles. Otherwise it's on your dime, and most of the time it was. After accounting for gas/vehicle maintenance costs, you really don't make that much.
