You get paid piece rate and I have worked here 11 years and get paid the same piece rate as when I started.

They don't tell you this when you interview but you need to hide while doing your job, for the most part. Some stores that they work with allow you to be in the store doing your job, but others will follow you around and kick you out. It can be very stressful and in my opinion, not worth it in the end.
