Pros

Work hours are not set on shifts, but flexible, allowing you to complete jobs when you have time for them. After a training period, pay is determined by the amount of work done, not time, meaning you can get paid at an effective hourly rate that is quite high if you are efficient.

Cons

Remote work with relatively strained communication between employees, so no relationship with the people you work with. The number of jobs available may be limited, so you are not always able to get more work if you want more pay.

Pros

My immediate team leader is awesome, and so is my DM. The job gives me some flexibility in completing the tasks.

Cons

The pay could be better for the amount of work assigned for the tasks. It's great if you can complete the assignment super quick, but getting up to that speed takes a lot of time on the job. The app could be better by making the completed items a different color so that you can immediately see if you are on the completed or incomplete screen.
