Flexible hours Set your own availability Great team and support available for working hours. Works with your limitations and knowledge base.

Cons

Stores you are collecting for can change the amount of work you are assigned without much warning. Incomplete instructions from those stores for collections. Takes a fair bit of mobility in jobs and can be limiting to anyone with physical limitations.

I recently received a promotion at my day job and my manager let me scale back my scanning to what I could comfortably do. RDS is always offering new opportunities for non scanning jobs so if you like variety in a part-time job or you are retired, it is kind of fun even. It's so different from my day job that I really enjoy just going in and focusing on the task. It is a lot of reaching and bending at the grocery store I scan at and I get a little extra exercise too.

Cons

The scanners do their own thing at least once a scan, they are the same as the grocery store's, so that is aggravating but Field Support usually has an answer
