Pretty flexible with hours, There is still a deadline though. I feel the job is fairly decent for the pay. I enjoy the hours and work. Work itself is pretty independent.

I took this job because I wanted to fill a few hours a week for supplemental retirement income. It works great for me because my job starts on Wednesday and end on Friday- I can make the hours whenever during that time period. To me that is a huge bonus- no restrictions -just submit by a certain time on Friday and I'm good. I have no problem completing the work in that time period. The only thing I suggest is to call the training center for help if you need it. There is a learning curve so they are very helpful.
