Most of it lands on weekends. The pay is for either older people on retirement or people who don't really need a job but have time to spare. That said, I don't mind the pay but it holds others back who want this as an extra spending cash job. This, in turn, puts more stress on the rest of us RAs and, honestly, we don't make enough unless we are doing our large, single item inventories. And even then, we have to go past the deadline most times to make up for it. enjoy this job bc of the flexibility but the low retention rate is very obviously due to pay rates.
