      Pros

      Flexible. Able to mix into my already busy schedule well. Easy to do. Many opportunities to make money

      Cons

      The job is pretty repetitive so sometimes it’s frustrating when you have to get around the same obstacles every time you go. Like if something isn’t in stock. When I got to Trader Joe’s 90% of the beer listed the store doesn’t sell. So it’s tedious going through putting in 01s for 30+ items every week. Also gas compensation is not very clear.

      Pros

      If you have other ambitions and you need a flexible, autonomous job, this may be a great fit. The work can be tedious, and it may even seem impossible during training. But the longer you do it, the faster you become. The pay rate was decent for some accounts while it seemed unconscionable for others. The people who work for the company are generally helpful and friendly. District managers rotate frequently, and your experience from person to person may definitely vary.

      Occasional gaslighting. Low pay on some accounts. Standing on your feet on hard retail floors.

      Pros

      My specific district manager Jennifer Rock’s and is very nice and patient and professional. Everyone I have had to come in contact with was pleasant and always made me feel sure it was more than ok if I needed extra help.

      Cons

      Did get assigned a job I didn’t know about or wasn’t told which worked out fine. Some jobs you receive can be tedious at times a lot of standing and bending and getting down onto the floor so it can be taxing if your doing a big store with big catagories. The pay schedule changes after you’ve worked 50 hrs their and then it goes to per item you scan so you have to be fast and definitely be motivated to go out n scan as much as you can.
