Pros

Great benefits. Amazing 401K benefits. Gym discount (although for a single membership, I decided to stick to the Y.) Good people, most of them will tell you what's wrong on day 1, the advice was "smile and don't complain." Loyalty is rewarded. So. many women in leadership was a new. They pray before all-staff meetings, which was kind of peaceful. Resources are infinite.

Cons

They use God as a reason not to fire old-timers who have questionable behavior, to put employees on probation, or when terminating an employee. God talks to them about putting employees on probation but not to employees facing the consequences. Have lost many good colleagues.
