Idiot management; expect overtime

Pros

Some coworkers were pretty cool

Cons

Management likes to micromanage everything you do and gets infuriated if you don’t meet their pace, despite poor machinery breaking on a daily if not weekly basis. Overtime is mandatory even if you’ve worked 60 hours that week already. Long hot days.
