I can't think of any reasons to work here. The management doesn't have talent.

Cons

They nearly worked me to death. And some of the things they wanted to do just didn't make sense. They would give me a project with a deadline, and then ask me to do another project; but hold me to the original project (all while I was doing my regular job!).
