Dynamic market, capital goes to plants with new contracts, not the plants that could use the upgrades. New owners cut capital in a high asset value industry

Work mates on my shift were first class, all worked really hard and all worked together. Always got the tonnage out that was needed. Excellent shift supervisor. Production manager is very understanding and will help you anyway he can.

Cons

Hourly rate could be better , spend more money on the plant to upgrade the ventilation as smoke and dust is very bad. Truck maintenance is none existent as truck fitter just waits until they break and complains when he has to fix them. Plant manager has his hands in too many pies and everyone at the plant knows what he is up to.
