Pros

I wish I had something good to say but I don't. The worse place I have ever worked at. Dread going to work.

Cons

Treated like a dog. Management doesn't know how to talk to employees and does not listen to ideas. Training is non existent. Getting PPE is like pulling teeth.

2-2-3 work schedule with some overtime. Good wages and excellent benefits. Need to be able to work in extreme temperature conditions at certain times of the year.

Cons

Heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
