Pros

Starting pay is pretty good. Nice co-workers.

Cons

Some employees are blatantly racist and management does nothing about it. Work environment has become uncomfortable and toxic. Poor work/life balance. Supervisors micromanage and there is no real training offered for new employees. No sick time is offered and employees can rarely schedule time off without some kind of negative feedback about taking the time off.
