Pros
4 day work weeks is great. The co-workers are great to get along with. Management has gotten better since they got bought out by a bigger company. They have a profit sharing plan every quarter plus yearly bonus as long as the company meets it's production goals.
Cons
The place is very hot during summer. The work is very labor intensive, so if you are not used to working hard and sweating then it might not be for you.
